Regular exercise makes you feel energetic, which should make it a little easier to get out of bed on cold dark mornings; research also suggests moderate activity can strengthen the immune system and reduce the risk of coughs and colds.
Remember to warm up 10 minutes before any exercise, it’ll reduce the risk of muscle strain.
